I wanted to find a cafe that we could enjoy dinner at a traditional French “brasserie” and be close enough to the Eiffel Tower to see it sparkle. Le Cafe central is the best cafe for that. Welcoming staff speak English, they have the most incredible truffle pasta along with great service. This restaurant is always busy, the menu is large and there’s something for everyone.

Once you have paid the “ l'addition” it’s a short 5 minute walk to Eiffel Tower. It’s the best romantic restaurant in Paris with a view. Trust me!

That’s right Le central cafe gives you an entire pot full of creamy truffle pasta, even the lady next to me wanted my pasta haha. I was dreaming of this dish days after our trip, I found all of the ingredients to recreate this experience here in the U.S. well after the Jet lag wore off.
